An Introduction to Islam

Welcome

These quizzes and activities are designed for anyone starting a degree level course in the Study of Islam, specifically students of religious studies.

Do you know the right words, the preferred spellings, and the basic information about Islam?

The resources will help you test your background knowledge and give you confidence when tackling introductory texts.

They are intended for use in preparation for starting a course, but may be good revision at any point.

There is a huge range of introductory texts in the Study of Islam, and this resource is intended to support rather than replicate that material.
